Wedding Welcome Letters I Am Starting My Own Wedding Services Company, Can Anyone Help Me Write A Letter Of Proposal To Clients?

I am starting my own wedding services company, can anyone help me write a letter of proposal to clients? - wedding welcome letters

I'm going out to work as a day of coordinator. And I want to be a for later use. The proposal letter was delivered to the client after an initial consultation. The letter must include the costs, the discussions during the initial consultation (in the background, plans, etc.), a chance to come back to me (by phone or e-mail), and congratulated the date of marriage, your future. I'm not very good so warm for the preparation of legal documents, and it wants and friendly as possible, always is a formal document to be done. And shrink further if they accept the proposal. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Bride and Groom:

We welcome the opportunity to work with you to come to facilitate your wedding. After a meeting with you and provide learning materials now have a good understanding of the shape and type of event that you want to experience, and that requires that event. I especially liked to hear (in person at your event something)

Name of the company is a day of coordination of the company, offering packages for the coordination and on-demand services and on. (another word for the company, if you like) attached to our price list.

Would recommend based on our conversation, I Day Package This package includes B. Package B :_______________________________ ... work within your budget and provides the level of coordination that an event of this magnitude requires.

Below you will find our list for the event, on the basis of our meeting:

Thanksagain for this opportunity, we hope to hear from you.
