How to decorate exterior windows, space too narrow for shutters? - exterior shutters
We install vinyl (newly painted) blinds in the windows. We have two windows, the space on both sides are limited - too close to the shutter 7 "(the smallest we have ever found). We are working on 5". Can we some "context" of this window - strips of vinyl? - It can be painted to match the new branches, so that these windows are not naked?

Must go to a place that sells sheets of vinyl chloride Siding.They used clothing in various sizes are on terraces and garage doors.Don go to Home Depot or vinyl siding Lowes.Look in the Yellow Pages.
